Terms and Conditions

1. We currently cater to the highly targeted computer and internet sector. We only accept related links to Computer, Domain Name, Search Engine, Web Design and Web Hosting sites. If your site does not fit into one of these categories then it will not be accepted. We also review the quality of the site.

2. Orders for the following month will be accepted up until two days prior to the start of that month. We only accept orders up to 3 months in advance.

3. All sites must be approved by the manager of BuyLinks.com It is at the sole discretion of buylinks.com management as to whether a site is accepted to advertise on our network.

4. Instructions for payment will only be emailed when an advertising order is reviewed and approved by buylinks.com staff. You will receive instructions for payment of your order via PAYPAL.COM This funds request will be valid for two days. Payments can still be made after two days, but the advertising may slip into the following month, if the upcoming month is fully booked.

5. We only accept a maximum of 15 links per site.

6. We only offer text links up to a maximum of 25 characters. The anchor text of the links must accurately reflect the topic of the site and must be approved by buylinks.com staff prior to an order being accepted.

7. The price per link is based on the amount of traffic that a site receives, this price is reviewed monthly and prices adjusted accordingly.

8. Site statistics such as google pagerank, results and alexa rank are current at the time of publishing. Prior to the month and during the month of your advertising, this is likely to vary. We make no guarantees that these site statistics will be maintained and make no guarantees of how effective advertising on our network will be. No refunds will be given in relation to advertising performance.
